Exhibitor Information for Hamfair 2026

We welcome exhibitors from overseas.

Please note that the exhibitor application procedures are based in Japan. As a result, guidance and official information will be provided in Japanese. Applicants are expected to use AI or translation tools to translate the information accurately into their own language and make sure they fully understand the contents.

Please also note the following:

• Printed materials related to exhibiting will be sent by postal mail, so you must have an address in Japan where you can receive them.
• Exhibition fees must be paid to a financial institution in Japan.
• Travel, accommodation, and local transportation arrangements for attending the event must be made by the exhibitor at their own responsibility and expense.

If you wish to exhibit under these conditions, you will need to understand and adapt to the Japanese environment, procedures, and culture.
