About the Photo & Video Recording Policy Pictograms
To prevent misunderstandings and disputes between attendees and exhibitors, indicating your photo/video policy clearly is very important.
Each booth may have different preferences — for example: “Photo permitted, video prohibited” “Please refrain from photographing people”
At Ham Fair, we suggest exhibitors display Photo & Video recording policy pictograms at their booths to clearly convey their wishes.
This encourages respectful conduct aligned with exhibitor preferences.
While displaying pictograms is optional, failure to do so may be viewed as a lack of preparation if a dispute arises.
Press and media are also expected to comply with these guidelines.
(example—place it in a visible location; only one display per booth is sufficient.)
