How to Purchase Admission Tickets
Recommended Option for Overseas Visitors
Visitors who do not read Japanese are advised to purchase their admission tickets at the ticket counter at the venue.
Admission tickets can be purchased in cash at the ticket counter on the day of your visit.
Although you may have to wait in line, purchasing your ticket at the venue is generally the simplest and safest option for overseas visitors. It avoids difficulties with registration, payment procedures, and instructions provided only in Japanese.
If you are a JARL member, you may receive the JARL member admission rate by presenting a valid JARL membership card or other accepted proof of membership at the ticket counter.
Advance Ticket Sales
Advance ticket sales are available through a Japanese online ticketing platform. However, the registration process, purchasing instructions, and customer support are primarily provided in Japanese.
For this reason, advance purchase is mainly recommended for visitors who can read and understand Japanese.
Visitors who are comfortable using Japanese services should return to the Japanese menu and refer to the page titled:
「入場チケット事前販売」
If you do not understand Japanese, we recommend purchasing your ticket in cash at the venue rather than attempting to use the Japanese online ticketing platform.
Important Note for Visitors Attending Both Days
If you attend Hamfair on the first day and plan to attend again on the second day, please keep your wristband.
The wristband is required for admission on the second day.
Even if you cut or remove the wristband after the first day, please do not throw it away. Be sure to bring the cut wristband with you when you come to the venue on the second day.
Visitors attending on both days must bring their wristband from the first day for admission on the second day.
