Media representatives who wish to cover Hamfair must submit a press registration form in advance.
Applications are accepted from established media outlets and media channels, including online news websites, television stations, newspapers, magazines, and YouTube channels.

Important Information for Interviews, Photography, and Video Recording\
A PRESS PASS does not grant unrestricted permission to photograph or record anywhere within the venue.
Before interviewing, photographing, or recording an exhibitor, please check the Photography Permission Pictogram displayed at the booth or exhibition area and follow the indicated conditions.
Even when photography is permitted, please speak to the exhibitor and obtain their consent whenever reasonably possible before taking photographs or recording video.\
When photographing or recording a specific person, exhibit, product, or other individual subject as the main focus of your coverage, you must obtain permission in advance.

There will also be many members of the general public inside the venue.
When identifiable visitors appear in photographs or video footage, please apply appropriate editing, such as blurring, pixelation, or cropping, before publication.
When publishing photographs or video footage, please give sufficient consideration to the privacy of exhibitors and general visitors.
* Submission of an application does not constitute approval. Your application is approved only after you receive an approval email. * Depending on the proposed coverage, we may contact you in advance to request further details. * A PRESS PASS is valid only for the individual whose application has been approved. It may not be transferred, loaned, or resold to another person. * Please verify relevant facts carefully and conduct your coverage fairly and sincerely, with appropriate consideration given to explanations provided by the parties concerned. * Coverage intended to unfairly discredit, defame, or harass a particular individual or organization is not permitted. * Press access may be denied when the name or activities of the media outlet are unclear, when the conditions stated on this page are not followed, or when the applicant is unable to comply with the organizer’s instructions or the purpose of the event.
