特別記念局 8J1HAM 会場公開運用にご参加いただく皆さまへのご案内です。
当選された方は、事前にこのページをご確認のうえ、当日会場へお越しください。
当日の受付について
運用前には、担当スタッフから操作方法や注意事項などの説明を行います。
入場の遅れなどにより受付が運用開始時刻直前、または開始時刻を過ぎた場合でも 運用できる場合がありますが、事前説明が必要となるため、 実際に運用できる時間が短くなることがあります。
ご質問や心配なことがある場合は、10分前よりさらに早く受付へお越しいただいて構いません。 手の空いているスタッフがいる場合は、順次対応させていただきます。
当日お持ちいただくもの
通常運用をされる方は、次のものを必ずご持参ください。
- JARL会員証
- 無線従事者免許証
体験運用として参加される方は、上記2点は不要です。
青少年枠で参加される方については、必要に応じて年齢を確認させていただく場合がありますので、 年齢を確認できるものをお持ちください。
運用について
- 当日は担当スタッフの案内・指示に従ってください。
- 運用中はマナーを守り、落ち着いて正しく丁寧な運用をお願いします。
- 無線機、アンテナ、遠隔操作設備などの状況により、 予定していた運用方法やモードをご利用いただけない場合があります。
- 機器や当日の運用状況による制約については、あらかじめご了承ください。
For Overseas Amateur Radio Operators
The general instructions above also apply to overseas operators.
Instructions and explanations will be provided before operation. If you arrive late, your actual operating time may be shortened because these instructions must be completed before you begin operating.
If you have any questions or concerns, you are welcome to arrive earlier. If a staff member is available, we will assist you as soon as possible.
The following information is provided as additional guidance specifically for amateur radio operators visiting from outside Japan.
- Instructions and explanations at the 8J1HAM operating desk will generally be provided in Japanese.
- If necessary, you may be accompanied by a friend who understands Japanese to help you understand the instructions.
- If you hold an FCC amateur radio license, please bring it with you.
- Regardless of whether it is required for your actual operation at 8J1HAM, you should also bring the amateur radio license issued by your home country.
- If you are a JARL member, please bring your JARL membership card.
- Depending on your license, reciprocal operating privileges in Japan, or other circumstances, guest operation may not be possible. In such cases, you may participate using Japan's trial operation (体験運用) system instead.
